Warranty Policy
Solar Panel Warranty:
Solar panels come with a 15-year quality guarantee. This means that for the first 15 years after purchase, your solar panels are covered against any defects or issues that may arise.
Additionally, there’s a 30-year performance guarantee. This ensures that your solar panels will maintain a certain level of power output over 30 years, typically with a minimum warranted performance level. If the panels underperform, you may be eligible for compensation or replacement.
Inverter Warranty:
Inverter warranties vary depending on the series of inverters you choose. The warranty typically ranges from 1 to 10 years. This means that for the specified period, your inverters are covered against manufacturing defects or malfunctions. Different inverter series may have different warranty periods.
Lithium Battery Warranty:
Lithium batteries generally come with a warranty period of 2 to 5 years. The actual duration of the warranty depends on the specific lithium battery model and the type of lithium-ion cells used. This warranty ensures that the battery will perform as expected within the specified period.
Other Product Warranty:
For other products related to your solar setup, the warranty typically ranges from 1 to 3 years. The duration of the warranty depends on the specific product and its category. This warranty covers defects and issues that may arise during the specified period.
After-Sales Service:
During the warranty period, if any covered components (solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, or other related products) experience issues or defects, we will provide free replacement parts to customers to facilitate necessary repairs.
After the warranty period expires, customers have the option to purchase replacement parts from us to perform repairs on their solar equipment. This allows customers to continue using their solar systems with reliable support even after the initial warranty period.
It’s essential for customers to review and understand these warranty terms to ensure they are aware of their coverage and responsibilities. If any issues or questions arise, they should contact your company’s customer service or support team for assistance.
